What is the best baby food you can give a 7 month old baby?
I already feed her baby food like pears, green beans, chicken, fruit medley, and some processed food that my mother in law makes. She likes pretty much everything. But I wanted to know whats better for her to eat?

My baby is six months and has only had breast milk and small amounts of rice cereal until now. I tried to give him a little apple juice mostly water , he wouldn't take it. Only about 1 2 an oz. Then I mixed the juice with the rice. He ate it but made faces the whole time. Last night I gave him some apple sauce and he made a face every bite. Does he hate apples or is it because he is not use to flavor?
