What order do you feed baby food?
My nearly 5 month old has started to eat a little bit of baby food. The doctor recommended it Umm... so we started with fruit. Now I think he is ready for something different. So can anyone give me the best advice. Thanks in advance.Which veggie do you itroduce first?
Can someone give me a little information about when to feed baby food?
My daughter is 5 months old and we were just given the ok from her doctor to start baby food. We tried cereal and she HATED it, so the doctor said that stage 1 baby food was fine too. We are currently giving her 1 2 1 container of veggies in the evening. I was wondering when we should include a breakfast or lunch time feeding and also when we should do 2 foods per meal ex. veggie and fruit . Last question when should we try the baby food " meats" ? Stop solid foods or feed baby food prunes? Constipated Baby!?
My six months old just recently began solids foods. She is constipated and I am wondering, should I stop solid foods for a few days or introduce baby food prunes today? I just wasn't certain if the prunes would help or hurt. Thanks for your help And she won't take fruit juice...not even in a medicine dropper Thanks for the idea on diluting the fruit juice. I've tried it and she won't take that either. Part of the problem is that she refuses a bottle. I've got a sweet but picky little one
How much do you give a baby when feeding baby food?
ok how much should i give my son on the baby food and i know he is not allgic to carrots or bananas so can i give him a little of both. he is about to be four months in 10 days is just completely draining me on breast milk. and still seems a little hungery after eatting for 30 mins i know i'm still producing enough cas he would not gone from 14.9 to 15.1 in a week. but any ways. that is my question. oh one more if i want to give my son some formula like wen he is ot with me but hee wont drink it is there any way to like trick him. like he dont like the bottle...
Feeding baby food out of bottle?
Why is it so bad to put a little bit of baby food in the babys bottle with her cereal? Autumn is five months old and i also feed her out of a spoon, once a day and once in a while put a little bit of stage one food in the bottle. Just wondering why it is so bad? does anyone else do it?
Feeding baby food why does my baby cry?
i started my 4 month old on baby food. she like almost every kind. she crys when i feed it to her. she likes it because she opens her mouth for it. its not really crying its more like whinning and screaming as shes opening her mouth. and its really stressfull. has anyon elses child done this, and what could be the reason why she does this?
Schedule for feeding baby food to almost 7 month old?
My son has been eating baby food since about 5 months, and has eaten pretty much all of the 1st foods. Now, the first foods are a little small and don't fill him up, so he's been eating the 2nd foods now. I looked on the Gerber website, and it really wasn't any help, because one of the menus had meat items on it, which I haven't introduced yet, only fruits and vegetables. However, the menus did say to give some kind of baby cereal for breakfast and lunch, along with the baby food. That seems like alot of food to me. So, my wuestion is, do you give your baby cereal & baby food for breakfast and lunch? My son usually eats fruit with soem kind of grain or granola in it for breakfast, fruit for lunch and a vegetable for dinner. Should I be giving him a fruit and a vegetable at each meal? Two of the 1st foods instead of one of the second foods 1 veg, 1 fruit? . Sorry if this is confusing, I'm just trying to get him on a good feeding schedule. Thanks for any help.
Feeding baby food for the first time..?
My daughter will be 3 months old on the 18th. This morning I experimented a little and gave her some banana baby food, she loved it and ate about half the little gerber container. She breastfed for the first 2 months then I went back to work and tried and tried to pump but my milk ran out. She now will breastfeed once a day or whenever I can, she bottle feeds the rest and never seems content. ANYWAYS...is it ok to give her a little bit of baby food?And I did give breastfeeding my very best try. Feedng her whenever she needed...putting her to the breast for comfort to help stimulate. Pumping at work every FREAKING 2 hours...I know how it works..It didnt work for me.
