What are some easy baby foods to make and probably freeze?
I am willing to spend some time to make sure she gets healthy foods... what are some simple to make baby foods? Is it sometimes okay to buy veggies by the can if the labels don't show any preservatives? Also, do you freeze by meal or by item? Thanks

I have heard that this is a good book set for making your own baby food. Has anybody used this? If not, what do you use to make your own baby food? I would like to start making it at home instead of buying the jarred stuff, but I want to make sure I do it right, that it really does have more nutrients, and that it is worth my time in the money I will save.

Was just wondering what were a few easy baby food's to make? My daugher is turning 8 months and I'm getting tired of feeding her the jar stuff. I have made chicken and mix veggies so far. I was told for a meat alternative to give her kidney beans and chickpeas. I just dont know how to prep anything. Need recipe's from mom's who make homemade baby foods. thank you.
