Nutrient loss during cooking baby food, now that I've done some research?
I'm sorry if I'm driving everyone nuts with all of the questions, but now that I look around a bit I'm not sure what to think. Weaning question and freezing, cooking baby food?
Hi all, i am currently weaning my child and i have a question about freezing food. I am making some meals up with meat and fish and veg, if i have some left over meat fish and stock can i freeze that in ice cube trays and then add some frozen veg when i defrost and cook it at a later date or does the meal have to be all together from the start

I have sliced up, yellow squash, zuchinni, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and carrots and banana and apple. Now what lol? How many TBSP of home cooked baby food should I be feeding my 11 months old girl.?

If you cook food for your baby, which water do you use? I usually buy baby water bottle in Walmart, but is it really necessary? Can I use our drinking water or filtered tap water?Thanks.Thanks all.The reason I don't use regular tap water for cooking baby food is that water in our area is contaminated by iron and some other contaminants.
