Cheapest place to buy baby food and/or formula...
I live in a pretty big town, and was wondering where you've found the cheapest place to buy formula and or baby food. We have the basics Babys R Us, Walmart, grocery stores, etc... . I haven't compared a ton, but I've noticed that Babies R Us has the cheapest formula, but not the cheapest baby food. Also, are there good online sites? Diapers.com is the only one I'm familiar with...We have been using Enfamil's ProSobee formula and Gerber's Organic baby food.We have been using Enfamil's ProSobee formula and Gerber's Organic baby food.
Why do people buy baby food?
when it is easy and healthy to make your own? i mean i know there is the convience issue. but a can of baby food cost .50 to .70 cents a shot when you can buy a sweet potato or some other varitity of veggie and make yourself three to five cans worth for a dollor or so and it hasn't been processed so is much heathier for your baby. right? i guess getting a meat grinder might be a little more time consuming though.. any thoughts?i'm not trying to suggest buying baby food ready made is a bad thing. i was just curious as to what other people thought of making your own to buying.
Where can I buy baby food online?
I wanted to buy baby food online in bulk. Im hoping to get more of a variety online then I have in stores. My daughter eats stage 3 foods. We usually feed her Gerber of Beach Nut. I just feel like she eats the same thing over and over again and I just want to give her more choices.
To mothers who use store bought baby food?
My daughter is 8 months old... she has done great on the stage 2 foods and is eating a few finger foods... pieces of veggies, gerber puffs, etc. I tried some of the stage 3 dinners and she HATES them Once she realizes it has chunks, she gags and spits them out. She seems to love purees and love finger food, but not purees with more texture. Should I just skip the stage 3 dinners and go straight to table food?
Why does my baby like store-bought baby food over my homemade food?
even the yucky meat in a jar ew fruits i can understand, but i made a roast the other night and pureed some with carrots for her and she wouldn't eat it. she is almost 11 months.and in case you're wondering why i didn't just cut it and give it to her, she has no teeth and prefers pureed meats.
