It is a little less and they do not add sugar to anything like gerber does.

It costs just a little bit less than gerber. You can also sign up on their website for coupons. When I did, they sent be a free beechnut bowl. My son prefers beechnut baby food to gerber so, we are very happy with it.

At Shop n Save it is more, but at Shunucks it is less. It depends on where you live.

The cheapest is making your own buy 3 pears (apple, plum, peach, etc), peel, cut and stew them for 7 - 10 minutes, mash or puree (add water, formula or breastmilk to thin) - makes many meals buy 2 sweet potatoes (or squash, peas, carrots, etc), peel cut and steam then mash or puree (add water, formula or breastmilk to thin) - makes many meals takes about 15 minutes to make like 10 meals. the absolute cheapest, healthiest and most fresh!!!

It's about the same... I live in PA... Beechnot is about 57 cents a jar, the Gerber comes in packs of 2 and costs about $1.05. My sons seem to prefer the Beechnut, especially their veggies.
