As with any kid faced with meal time. If he's hungry enough,he wil eat what is there. But if you'd like him to want to eat more veg and different meats. Give him a choice between two,and cut them into fun shapes. And whatever he's eating, you should eat. Kid's like to imitate. So if he sees you eating them,he might be more likely to try them.

You should eat whatever you want him to eat...so let him see you eating fresh veggies and meat and share it with him.

Canned baby food has all of the nutrition and calories he needs..he is probably just sensitive to different textures and will come around in his own time if you keep offering..check out my link..

Have you tried roll ups? Well my son is a finger food fanatic so this is what i do: soft shell taco shredded cheese tomatoes hamburger, chicken, steak, or bacon roll and microwave for about 35 seconds then cut into bite-size pieces or soft shell taco green beans mashed potatoes carrots shredded cheese My tip is to pre-make everything you anticipate needing throughout the week for the meals on the off-day. Things that you wouldn't think mix well would surprise you at how much kids love them. Wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. If it looks like ravioli maybe it'd tempt him.

He will eat what you give him.. better get him on good eating habits now before his vocab grows along with his ability to screech:) try giving raw veggies with dip(salad dressing) then he can have fun dipping dont allow dessert unless he eats some meat. its only going to get more difficult the older they get GOOD LUCK:)
