Does baby nutrition require milk/formula?Types of formula?
Baby is now six months old and starting on solids. She is still mostly breastfed and gets one solid meal a day. The pediatrician recommended starting her on a second one soon. So far she got some carrots, apple, pear, baby rice cereal mixed with water, and chicken. I was wondering, if it is essential for baby's health that she gets breast milk or formula into her cereals I understand that cow milk is a no no during baby's first year. or would plenty of meat provide her with enough protein? I intend to go on nursing at least for six more months, but the first six months of exclusive nursing were pretty tough on my body and I could do with some less strain. So pumping for the cereal sounds not like much of a relief for me.If formula is necessary, is there special formula that is less likely to cause allergies than others?
Long hair affect baby nutrition in pregnancy?
i am in my second trimester pregnant and i have a fuller long hair my aunt told me to cut it down because most of the nutrients was going to the hair instead into the baby... i don't want to cut my hair short but most importantly i don't want it to cost harm for my baby... does any know about this?

So please, for all you mothers... when you decide to breastfeed in public think about how unsanitary you are being to everyone else.If I sit at the table after you, and some of your milk is on the table I could come in contact with your milk and thats NOT sanitary Why can't you just bring a bottle or breastfeed in the bathroom changing room in private? Why is that so hard to do?I won't eat in the bathroom, because I chose to go to a restaurant and eat in public.Thats what I am paying for, to sit at a sanitary table and eat. I'm not paying to watch your breast or listen to your screaming child.Um... because your child is not paying for a meal and to sit at a table there. Okay, so I know that it's healthier to make your own baby food but if I'm preparing food for my 6 month old and then freezing it is it really worth doing it myself as opposed to buying PC Organic baby food in a jar? I'm talking about nutrition value. I want him to get the most from the fruits and veggies I'm serving him. Thank you
