Give her breakfast before nine, lunch after 11:20 and dinner at 6.

My daughter is 18 months now, and i believe she was in the morning when she woke up, around noon after her morning nap, and evening, plus milk in between there but im not sure. Ask your doctor.

Give her meals at mealtimes, that's what I did. She's old enough to start getting into a normal routine.

I'd give breakfast soon after she has woken up, followed by milk half an hour later or she will fill up on milk and not want breakfast. Lunch around midday (again don't have milk and food too close together) and dinner around 4 or 5pm. Then another bottle of milk before bed. Once she's in a routine with her food you will find the milk will reduce very quickly.

Well you can do a bottle really early when they wake up. Then a meal at 8:30. Then around 11 do lunch then they nap then when they wake up do another bottle. Then a snack around 2:30 3. Then another bottle 3 1/ 2 4 hours after the one after nap then dinner around 6 then a bottle before bed.

By 8 months i had tried to cut back on the number of bottles my daughter had in a day. I used to give her porridge followed by a bottle in the morning(usually about 8), for lunch try a small jar of fruit puree and a bottle afterwards (about 12ish). Dinner would probs be about 5ish depending on how hungry she was, i would give her a small portion of pureed dinner and then water or sugar free juice and leave the last bottle for bed time. Your baby will help you set the routine, but i always prefered to have her fed before we ate. Good Luck.

I don't know what to reccomend but i'll tell you what my 5 month old has. he has breakfast at 7.30 lunch at 12 and dinner at 5. he has a breastfeed at every meal and between every meal but i'm guessin an 8 month old doesn't need so much milk.
