How do i create a baby meal planner for my 8 month old ?
my baby who is exclusively breastfed has been waking up every gasp hour for feeds. and last weekend, after i extended her dinner to 7pm.. she went to bed about 2 hours later, and only wakes up 3 4 hours later for her feed which was her former pattern . i was wondering 1. was she hungry and did the late dinner helped? 2. maybe m not producing enough milk anymore?3. how do i create a baby meal planner.. i don't want to overfeed her.. currently she's on 3 meals a day.. no snacks..but lots of fruits.. and breastmilk in between expressed, as i work full time .
