Do you know of a good baby food book?
Do you know of a good book that lists foods and tells you at what age you can introduce the food to your baby infant? I know of a few foods that are off limits until a certain age but had no clue that you were not supposed to feed your baby peanut butter until 2 years of age

Super Baby Food Book?
Does anyone have the Super baby food book. I can't find it in stores and have looked online but I wanted to know something from it now. How many ozs of breast milk or formula should a 9 month old be taking once he starts on baby food? Some times he will only drink 2 3 ozs per bottle. Does anyone else have this problem, or is it something I should be concerned with?

Super Baby Food book - nuts?
Hi... I WILL ask our dr this... just getting other opinions for now we make all of our baby's food according to the book " Super Baby Food" ... does anyone else go by this? Anyway we are approaching the 7 8 month mark when it says to introduce seeds nuts to the baby ground up and sprinkled in food not peanuts Is this okay... is it just peanuts you have to be careful with before a year, or is it all nuts? It's very specific about not peanuts, but I want to make sure other seeds nuts again, ground up into powder ans sprinkled are okay. Thanks
