Question: When did you start giving your baby cereal bars?

Like nutri grain bars or kashi? my son is 7 months old and i'm looking for different breakfast options Talon doesn't like oatmeal i have tried it with fruit and he still doesn't like it. i do want healthy options

Cereal bars contain A LOT of sugar. They are actually quite unhealthy, and should only be eaten in moderation. If you are looking for new breakfast ideas, you could try things like porridge, fruit salad, weetbix with mash banana etc.

Never; most of those things are crazy-junky. Stick with an honest cookie if you want a cookie. I use nature's choice cereal bars as a snack occasionally if I am in a rush to get somewhere and don't have time to pack my son a cooked & chilled meal.They have Real oats, strawberry puree, no HFCS or added sugar. I bought a pack of gerber, took a bite and thought it was sweet even for me, and took them back.
